Nikhil Tricam is an artist, architect and designer. His exploration of the city began with urban art and illustration, and through time, has evolved into loose, ink impressions. Having trained as an architect, his work focuses on the human relationships and experiences formed within, and against, the backdrop of the urban realm – with a focus on large scale ink and acrylic gestural works. Nikhil draws on his experience in the realm of design to inform his narratives, while absorbing elements of contemporary street art and abstract expressionism to root his compositions in time.
